As a club, may I also conclude contracts with players or coaches of ONE agency without ONE agency?
Contracts with players or coaches from our database may only be concluded through us. This is also contractually regulated between us and the players, coaches and clubs.
Negotiations with players or coaches who are not recorded in our database may of course continue to be conducted without us.
As a club on our platform, the contract only concerns the customers from our database.
